Nationstar

Our Nationstar client was past due by 14 payments and $11,186.79, nut now has a three-month trial loan modification with a stunning 45% lower monthly mortgage payment!

Carrington 

Our Carrington client was $14,544.89 and 1 year past due on their mortgage, but now has a three-month FHA-HAMP trial loan modification with 4.25% interest rate! 

Chase

YES! 13 months and $27,473 past due on mortgage, our Chase client now has a final FHA-HAMP loan modification with a fresh start and low fixed interest rate.

Our Chase client was 18 months and $16,042 past due on his mortgage with a foreclosure sale date set, now he has a permanent USDA loan modification with a lower interest rate and no trial modification payments needed!

Penny Mac

Our Penny Mac client was $10,343.85 and 15 months past due on their mortgage, but now has a three month trial loan modification with low interest rate!
