Our client was a year-and-a-half behind on their payments to freedom mortgage and they've just been approved for a loan modification! Their new payments are reduced from $1,184 to $1,113. Saving $71 per month!
Seterus Loan Modification
After a 3 month trial plan, we are celebrating our client's approval for a permanent loan modification. Over $70,000 balance has been deferred and the foreclosure case is pending dismissal.
Wells Fargo Loan Modification
It's another Wells Fargo loan modification by Amerihope Alliance Legal Services! Our client with a foreclosure sale scheduled was just approved for modification. They're able to keep their home!

Why a repayment plan instead of a loan modification?
With a prior modification and a low 3.25% interest rate, the only modification options would increase the mortgage payment by more than 25% which is against this investor's guidelines.
