Our Rushmore client was 62 months and $120,007.45 past due on his mortgage, but we helped him get a final loan modification with $40,557.35 principal forgiven and a fresh start!Disclaimer: These results should not be taken as a guarantee, as each case is unique. We have helped over 7,000 homeowners. Here are some of their stories.

Every week we obtain loan modifications for our clients with a variety of loan servicers. You can see these results as they are announced on Twitter (#loanmodwow) or Facebook. Here are some of our results from this week with PHFA, Shellpoint, Ocwen, Rushmore, and Trinity Financial Services:

Rushmore

Our Rushmore client was 62 months and $120,007.45 past due on his mortgage, but we helped him get a final loan modification with $40,557.35 principal forgiven and a fresh start!

PHFA

Our PHFA clients were 12 months and $18,654.11 past due on their mortgage, in foreclosure and with a sale date set, but we helped them get a 3-month FHA trial loan modification with a fresh start!

Ocwen

SLM_Ocwen11Our Ocwen client was 6 months and $12,926.92 past due on his mortgage, which had been previously modified, but we helped him get a 3 month streamline trial loan modification plan with lower interest rate and a fresh start!

Shellpoint

We are celebrating a Shellpoint trial modification that was approved this morning. Our client was almost 4 years behind and in foreclosure. They've been granted a 3 month trial plan (after having a modification in 2013). They'll start making payments in June, and hopefully have their final modification in August!

Trinity Financial Services

An interesting case. Our client was current on payments for their first mortgage, but 7 years behind on their second mortgage with Trinity Financial Services. We obtained a loan modification which required a good faith deposit up front, but in the end monthly payments are decreased from $300.98 to $270.55. We're currently working on having the foreclosure dismissed!
