Our US Bank client has a fresh start with a final in-house loan modification with $41,200.87 deferred balance and 3.48% interest rate.

Wells Fargo

14 months and $31,022.83 past due on mortgage with Wells Fargo, our client now has a 3 month in-house trial loan modification with $149.43 cheaper payment!
