They were 23 months past due, and the foreclosure sale is just 2 weeks away. Now we can work to get the sale canceled and the foreclosure case dismissed.

Mr. Cooper Modification

Our Mr. Cooper client is approved for a trial loan modification after missing almost 2 years of mortgage payments. Her new mortgage payment was decreased from $1,452 to $1,242, which is $210 lower. Congratulations!
