Rushmore

Our Rushmore client was a whopping $56,122.93 past due on her mortgage and in active foreclosure, but we helped her get a final loan modification with partial claim that allows her to keep her home and avoid foreclosure!

Mr. Cooper

6 months behind on their $163,231.44 home equity line of credit (HELOC) with Wells Fargo, we helped our client settle that debt for only $50,000! 

Carrington

Our Carrington clients were 44 months and $69,528.16+ fees past due on their mortgage with a sale date scheduled. We helped them get a final FHA-HAMP loan modification that cancels their sale date and gives them a fresh start!

Our Carrington client was 24 months and $43,046+ fees past due on their mortgage (which had been modified in 2015) with a foreclosure sale date set, but we helped them get a final FHA HAMP loan modification with a fresh start!

Loan Care

Our Loan Care client was 16 months and $22,038+ fees past due on his mortgage, but we helped him get a final Freddie Mac Flex modification with $54,734.95 deferment and a fresh start!

PennyMac

Our PennyMac client was 9 months and $7,426.36 past due on his mortgage, but we helped him get a final FHA-HAMP loan modification with $15,499.05 partial claim and $30.90 monthly savings!
