Loan Care

Chase
Our Chase clients were 40 months and $95,471 past due on their FHA mortgage with a foreclosure sale date set. They'd had loan modifications in 2012 and 2015, but we were able to help them get a fresh start with a 3 month trial loan modification! Their sale date will be canceled when a final modification is issued.
