Two Bayview Loan Modifications that came in this week

This week's Seterus loan mods
- Seterus agreed to a trial loan modification for one of our clients seven months behind with $215.00 in monthly savings!
- Seterus approved another of our clients for a Streamline Trial Modification Plan with a payment cut by $427 per month, and their interest rate cut nearly in half from 7.125% to 3.625%
- 20 months behind and $43,270 past due to Seterus, our client was approved for a trial modification plan with a $226/month savings.
