Here are some of our results from this week, which include results from Nationstar, SPS, Wells Fargo, and others: *

## Nationstar

- 8 years behind on mortgage payments to Nationstar, our client was approved for a loan modification with lower payment and interest rate, $88k principal forgiven, and $265k deferred!
- This in-house loan modification got our Nationstar client a fresh start with a cheaper payment and 2% lower interest rate!

## SLS

Disaster averted! Foreclosure sale date set for client 6 years behind with SLS, now they have a trial loan modification with a fresh start.

## Wells Fargo

Our client was behind on their $2,312 mortgage payments to Wells Fargo, but we helped them get back on track with a loan modification with a $383 cheaper payment!

Our client was 13 months behind on their $1,871 payment to Wells Fargo, but now has streamline trial loan modification for $1,549 a month!

## SPS

Streamline trial payment plan with $526 cheaper monthly mortgage payment approved for our SPS client who was past due by $10,814!

## RoundPoint

Yes! More than a year behind on their $1,397 payment to RoundPoint, our client is now approved for a trial loan modification with a $1,300 monthly payment.

## Seterus

Our client wanted out of their mortgage with Seterus, so we got them a deed in lieu of foreclosure with the deficiency waived!

## Caliber

This client is as happy as a kid in a candy store because his trial loan modification was approved after being $58k past due with Caliber!

## Loancare

We got our client a fresh start on their Loancare mortgage with a loan modification after they fell behind $29,668 in 20 months!

## Ocwen

Our Ocwen client was six months past due on his mortgage, but we helped him get a trial loan modification with $214 in monthly savings!

## Citifinancial

Final in house loan modification approved for our Citifinancial client with $229 cheaper payment, $34,341 deferred with no interest. Yes!
