Mr. Cooper

  • Yes! Our Mr. Cooper clients were an astounding 57 months (almost 5 years) and $52,913 + fees past due on their mortgage, but we helped them get a 3 month FHA-HAMP trial loan modification plan with $35.46 monthly savings.
  • Success! Our Mr. Cooper client was $14,611.78 past due on his mortgage, but we helped him get a final loan modification with $219.01 cheaper monthly payment! 
  • 19 months and $38,013.90 past due on his mortgage, we helped our Mr. Cooper client get a final loan modification with lower interest rate and $476.19 monthly savings!
