Every week we obtain loan modifications for our clients with a variety of loan servicers. Here are some of our results from this week with Mr. Cooper, Ocwen, Carrington, Bayview, Ditech, and Chase: 

## Mr. Cooper

- Yes! Our Mr. Cooper clients were an astounding 57 months (almost 5 years) and $52,913 + fees past due on their mortgage, but we helped them get a 3 month FHA-HAMP trial loan modification plan with $35.46 monthly savings.
- Success! Our Mr. Cooper client was $14,611.78 past due on his mortgage, but we helped him get a final loan modification with $219.01 cheaper monthly payment! 
- 19 months and $38,013.90 past due on his mortgage, we helped our Mr. Cooper client get a final loan modification with lower interest rate and $476.19 monthly savings!
- Our Mr. Cooper client was $19,541.55 past due on his mortgage, but we helped him get a final loan modification that allows him to keep his home!

## Ocwen

Our Ocwen client was 6 months and $12,926.92 past due on his mortgage but we helped him get a final in-house loan modification (his third) with a fresh start!

## Carrington

Our Carrington clients were 24 months and $43,046+ fees past due on their mortgage with a foreclosure sale date set, but with our help they got a 3 month FHA-HAMP trial loan modification plan with a fresh start! 

## Bayview

Our Bayview clients were an incredible 90 months and $146,507.96 past due on their mortgage with a foreclosure sale date set, but we helped them get a final in-house loan modification with $80,131.27 non-interest bearing deferment and $703.71 lower monthly payment!

## Ditech

Our Ditech clients were 55 months and $100,323.58 past due on their mortgage with a foreclosure sale date scheduled. We helped them get a final FHA-HAMP loan modification with $76,248.72 non-interest bearing partial claim and a fresh start! 

## Chase

31 months and $34,874.04 + fees past due on her mortgage with foreclosure started, we helped our Chase client get a three month FHA-HAMP trial loan modification!
