Every week we obtain loan modifications for our clients with a variety of loan servicers. Here are some of our results from this week with Caliber, Bayview, PHFA, and Wells Fargo:

## Caliber

After falling 8 months and $16,719.18 past due on their mortgage, we helped our Caliber clients get a final VA loan modification with $283.31 cheaper monthly payment and $16,719.18 deferred for 30 years!

## Bayview

Our Bayview client was $15,302 past due on his mortgage, which had an 8.875% interest rate and $1,309 monthly payment. We helped him get a final loan mod that slashes his payment by more than half, to $607, and lowers his interest rate to 2% for the first 5 years!

## PHFA

Yes! Our PHFA clients were $25,956 past due on their mortgage, but we helped them get a trial loan modification with $94 cheaper monthly payment.

## Wells Fargo

Our [Wells Fargo](https://legal.amerihopealliance.com/wells-fargo-loan-modifications) clients were 18 months and $16,029+ fees past due on their mortgage, but we helped them get a 3 month FHA-HAMP trial loan modification plan that gives them a fresh start!
