Monthly mortgage payment reduced by 55% and 1.125% lower interest rate with a final loan modification for our Caliber client who was $45,779.44 past due on mortgage.
Our Seterus client was 14 months and $23,198 past due, but now has a 3 month Fannie Mae in-house trial loan modification plan with $47.99 savings!
Our SLS client was 15 months and $39,752 past due, but now has a final in-house loan modification with enormous 23% drop in monthly payment!
Our Nationstar client is pleased as punch to be approved for a three-month trial loan modification with a $212.60 cheaper monthly payment!
Our Carrington client had a loan modification in 2009 and 2015 and was just approved for a three month FHA in-house trial loan mod!
