Every week we obtain loan modifications for our clients with a variety of loan servicers. Here are some of the results from this week including results from Citi, Wells Fargo, HSBC, Greentree, Ocwen, SPS and others:

## Citi

Our client is happy as a clam to have a trial modification with a lower payment after being 7 months past due to Citi!

## Wells Fargo

Four months and $5,828 past due to Wells Fargo, we got our client a loan mod with a lower interest rate and cheaper payment!

## HSBC

9 months behind on a $1,500/month mortgage payment with HSBC, client now has final modification with $300 cheaper payment!

## Greentree

Payment reduced drastically, from $1,016 to $512/month, for our Greentree client who got a final loan modification!

## Ocwen<https://twitter.com/Ocwen_Help>

Woot woot! A year and a half behind on mortgage with Ocwen<https://twitter.com/Ocwen_Help>, now has a final loan modification with $350 cheaper payment.

## SPS

6 and a half years behind on their $3,171/month mortgage payment with SPS, happy client got a trial modification with a $617 cheaper payment!

## Carrington

Oh happy day! Three years and $31,000 behind with Carrington, now approved for a loan modification with $115 in monthly savings.

## Regions
