Our Chase client was 9 months and $11,572 past due on his mortgage payments, but we got him a three month in-house trial loan modification plan with $298.86 monthly savings!
5 months and $4,623 past due on his mortgage payments to Mr. Cooper, our client now has a three month trial loan modification plan with $195.68 monthly savings. That's a 26% lower payment!
Our Wells Fargo client was 13 months and $9,067 past due on her mortgage with a foreclosure sale date set, but we got her a three month FHA trial loan modification plan with a fresh start! The sale date will be postponed if the payments are made on time.
