Our Caliber client was 22 months and $54,285+ past due on his mortgage, but we got him a 3 month in-house trial loan modification plan with $336.12 monthly savings!
Our SPS client was $72,921.88 past due on his mortgage and had a sale date set, but we helped him get a repayment plan that will allow him to keep his home!
Our SPS clients had a May 30th foreclosure sale date scheduled, but we helped them get a repayment plan that stops the foreclosure sale! After the repayment period, they will have the opportunity for a loan modification.
Our Carrington client was $19,274.48 past due on her mortgage, buy we helped her get a permanent loan modification with lower interest rate!
Our Bayview clients were 13 months and $11,936 past due on their mortgage, but now they have an in-house trial loan modification (they'd previously had a HAMP mod) with $95.22 cheaper monthly payment and $17,396.61 deferred with no interest!
Our Mr. Cooper clients were 11 months and $24,270 past due on their mortgage payments with foreclosure started, but we helped them get a 3 month in-house trial loan modification with $222.24 cheaper monthly payment!
