Every week we obtain loan modifications for our clients with a variety of loan servicers. Here are some of our results from this week with Bank of America, Chase, Caliber, and HSBC:

## Caliber

Our Caliber client was 24 months and $79,881 past due on mortgage payments, but now has a final in-house loan modification with $689 cheaper monthly payment and $72,177.15 non-interest deferred amount!

## Bank of America

Yes! We got our Bank of America client a permanent loan modification that lowers his interest rate from 6.5% to 4.25%.

Our Bank of America client was 92 months and $102,962 past due on her mortgage with high 9.15% interest rate, but now has a trial loan modification plan approved with opportunity for a permanent solution! 

## Chase

Our Chase client was 2 years and $35,492 past due on mortgage, but now has a fresh start with a 3 month FHA-HAMP trial loan modification plan!

## HSBC

Our HSBC client was 28 months and $70,701 past due on mortgage, now has an in-house trial loan modification with $498.75 cheaper monthly payment!
