After falling 12 months and $11,047 past due on his mortgage payments, we helped our Loan Care client get a fresh start with a final FHA loan modification and new 30-year term!
Our Ocwen client was 29 months and $43,794+ fees past due on his mortgage with foreclosure started. Despite having six previous modifications, we helped him get a trial loan mod with $203.16 monthly savings!
15 months and $25,082.62 past due on their twice-modified mortgage with a foreclosure sale date set, we helped our Ocwen clients get a 12 month repayment plan agreement that will return their mortgage to normal and stop foreclosure!
