Every week we obtain loan modifications for our clients with a variety of loan servicers. Here are some of our results from this week with PHH, Seterus, and Citi:

## Seterus

Our [Seterus](https://legal.amerihopealliance.com/seterus-loan-modifications) client was $65,635.71 past due on mortgage with $970.91 monthly payment and high 8.25% interest rate. Now they have a final loan modification with $783.70 payment and low 3.5% interest rate for $187.25 savings!

## PHH

33 months and $19,939 past due on mortgage with PHH, our client now has a 3 month in-house trial loan modification plan with $71.09 cheaper monthly payment!

Our PHH client was about $4,400 past due on $705.11 per month mortgage payments. PHH granted a three month trial loan modification plan with $575.73/month payment. The homeowner is seeing $130 in savings each month!

## Citi

30 payments past due on mortgage, our [Citi](https://legal.amerihopealliance.com/citi-loan-modifications) client now has a permanent loan modification with $90.01 lower monthly payment and an interest rate that was lowered from 6.875% to 3.750%!
