We obtained a modification on an Ocwen mortgage for our client.
They will make 3 trial payments to show good faith and financial responsibility. Then we anticipate a permanent modification will be finalized. After 5 years, and a prior modification, this is excellent news!

Almost a year behind on mortgage payments, our client is approved for a trial loan modification on their Carrington FHA mortgage. Trial payments begin in March, and by summer, we hope to see a final modification. Congratulations!
