Every week we obtain loan modifications for our clients with a variety of loan servicers. Here are some of our results from this week with Mr. Cooper, CitiMortgage, and Home Loan Investment Bank:

## Mr. Cooper

Almost 5 years (57 months) and $37,748.23 past due on their mortgage, we helped our Mr. Cooper clients get a final FHA loan modification with $23.62 monthly savings and a fresh start!

## CitiMortgage

Our CitiMortgage clients were in foreclosure and 14 months and $65,266 past due on their mortgage, which was modified in 2015. We helped them get a 7 month repayment plan that will bring their account current and return their payment to normal!

## Home Loan Investment Bank

After getting loan modifications in 2014 and 2017, our Home Loan Investment Bank client fell 6 months and $6,264.27 past due on his mortgage. We helped him get a repayment plan that will return his mortgage to its original terms!
