Every week we obtain loan modifications for our clients with a variety of loan servicers. You can see these results as they are announced on Twitter (#loanmodwow) or Facebook. Here are some of our results from this week with SPS, Wells Fargo, Chase, Nationstar, and Loan Care, and one deed in lieu of foreclosure agreement with Carrington:

SPS

Our SPS clients were 89 months and $449,078 past due on mortgage, but we got them a streamline HAMP loan modification with $1,240 monthly savings, interest rate slashed, and $209,885 deferred principal forgiven if paid on time for three years!

$169.30 monthly savings on mortgage with 3 month HAMP I trial plan for our SPS client who was 15 months past due on her mortgage!

Fresh start! Our SPS client owed $42,587 and was 28 months past due, but is now approved for a 3 month streamlined trial loan modification plan!

Wells Fargo

Bam, success! Our Wells Fargo client, who was 9 months and $23,502 past due, has a fresh start with a 12 month repayment plan.

Chase

Our Chase client was 19 months and $30,463 past due on his mortgage, but now has a 3-month FHA-HAMP trial plan with a lower payment!

Nationstar

$12,912 past due on mortgage payments to Nationstar, our client got a trial 3 month in-house trial loan modification plan with payment slashed by more than half!
