Our Wells Fargo client was $31,920 past due with summary judgment entered and a foreclosure sale date set, but now has a final loan modification and has avoided foreclosure!
Success! Our Loancare clients were $24,673.37 past due on their mortgage, but we helped them get a three month trial loan modification with a lower payment and opportunity for permanent modification.
Our SunTrust was $12,298.99 past due on his mortgage, but now has a permanent loan modification that returns his loan to normal servicing and keeps him out of foreclosure!
