Every week we obtain loan modifications for our clients with a variety of loan servicers. Here are some of our results from this week with Ocwen, Nationstar, SunTrust, Flagstar, Carrington, and Roundpoint:

## Ocwen

Our Ocwen client was an incredible 87 months and $168,320 past due on  his mortgage with a foreclosure sale date set. Now he has a permanent loan modification with interest rate slashed nearly in half, $202.63 lower monthly payment, $100,756.60 principal forgiveness, and $188,317.97 deferred balloon payment!

## Nationstar

Our Nationstar client was 14 months and $36,978 past due on mortgage payments, but now has a final Flex Modification with 1.25% lower interest rate and $405.73 lower monthly payment! 

## SunTrust

Our SunTrust clients were $28,185.71 past due on their mortgage, now they have a fresh start with a permanent loan modification with a 30-year term. 

## Flagstar

Our Flagstar clients were $10,961.60 past due on their mortgage, but we helped them get a permanent loan modification with $370.43 cheaper payment, which is a 45% monthly savings!

## Carrington

Our Carrington client was 21 months and $30,699.72 past due on her mortgage, now she has a 3 month in-house trial loan modification plan with $78 cheaper payment. Yes!

## Roundpoint

Our Roundpoint client was $6,383.24 past due on her mortgage, but now has a three month FHA trial loan modification plan with $393 cheaper monthly payment!
