Every week we obtain loan modifications for our clients with a variety of loan servicers. Here are some of our results from this week with SPS, Seterus, and Loan Care:

## SPS

Our SPS client fell $12,638.15 past due on his mortgage, which had been previously modified. We helped him get a repayment plan that allows him to keep his home and avoid foreclosure!

## Seterus 

Our Seterus clients were 17 months and $27,292 past due on their previously modified mortgage with foreclosure started, but we helped them get a three month in-house trial loan modification plan with $45.24 cheaper monthly payment!

## Loan Care 

Our  Loan Care client was 12 months and $11,047 past due on his mortgage, but we helped him get a fresh start with a 3 month FHA trial loan modification plan!
