Here are some of our results from this week with Chase and Fay Servicing: 

## Chase

Our Chase client was 31 months and $36,362.24 + fees past due on his mortgage, but we helped him get a 3 month FHA-HAMP trial loan modification plan with a fresh start!

## Fay Servicing

With the foreclosure case against them started, and $36,871+ fees and 6 months past due on their mortgage, we helped our Fay Servicing clients get a 3 month in-house trial loan modification plan that gives them a fresh start!
