Every week we obtain loan modifications for our clients with a variety of loan servicers. Here are some of our results from this week with US Bank, PNC Bank, and SLS:

## US Bank

71 months and $161,156.52 past due on mortgage with [US Bank](https://legal.amerihopealliance.com/usbank-loan-modifications) and in foreclosure, our client now has a HAMP II final loan modification with $815.68 cheaper monthly payment!

## PNC Bank

32 months and $28,246 past due on mortgage with foreclosure sale date set, our [PNC Bank](https://legal.amerihopealliance.com/pnc-loan-modifications) client got a 3 month in-house trial loan modification with fixed 2% interest rate for 40 years and $206.98 monthly savings!

## SLS

Our [SLS](https://legal.amerihopealliance.com/sls-loan-modifications) client has a final HAMP modification with $598.57 monthly savings after falling 20 months and $41,875 past due on mortgage payments.
