Successful Loan Modification Roundup Week of 6/8/18

Every week we obtain loan modifications for our clients with a variety of loan servicers. You can see these results as they are announced on Twitter (#loanmodwow) or Facebook. Here are some of our results from this week with Caliber, BB&T, Fay Servicing, Mr. Cooper, Ocwen, and SLS:

Caliber

Our Caliber client has a three month trial loan modification plan with $99.86 cheaper monthly payment after falling more than 2 years and $48,731.75 past due on his mortgage!

BB&T

Our BB&T client was 14 months and $18,446+ past due on her mortgage, but we helped her get a 3 month FHA trial loan modification plan with opportunity for a permanent loan mod and a fresh start!

Fay Servicing

Loan modification success! Our client in Florida has a mortgage serviced by Fay Servicing, which she fell one year and $8,799.71+ fees past due on. We helped her get approved for a 3 month trial loan mod (her 2nd mod) with a fresh start and $43,943.69 deferred.

Mr. Cooper

Our Mr. Cooper client had a loan modification previously but fell 14 months and $14,979 past due on her modified mortgage. We helped her get a permanent in-house loan modification with a fresh start!

SLS

Our SLS client was 21 months and $24,646 past due on his mortgage, which was modified in 2016, but we helped him get a final in-house loan modification with a fresh start!

Ocwen

Our Ocwen client was 10 months and $12,867 past due on her mortgage, which had been modified in 2010. We helped her get a 24 month repayment plan with a fresh start.
