Every week we obtain loan modifications for our clients with a variety of loan servicers. Here are some of our results from this week with Mr. Cooper, Carrington, Pacific Union Finance, Chase, Caliber, PHH, and US Bank:

## Mr. Cooper

Our Mr. Cooper client was past due on her mortgage and in active foreclosure with a sale date scheduled. Her loan had been previously modified, but we helped her get a three month trial loan modification plan with $105 cheaper monthly payment!

## Carrington

Our Carrington clients were 44 months and $69,258.16 + legal fees past due on their mortgage with a foreclosure sale set, but we helped them get a three month FHA-HAMP trial loan modification plan with a fresh start and the sale date canceled!

## Pacific Union Finance

Our Pacific Union Finance client was 20 months and $14,588 + fees past due on his mortgage, but we helped him get a final FHA partial claim loan modification with a fresh start!

## Chase

Our Chase clients are as happy a a pig in a peach orchard since we helped them get a 3 month FHA trial loan modification plan after they fell 27 months and $61,547.94 past due on their mortgage!

Our Chase client was $22,444.62 past due on his mortgage, but we helped him get a straight loan modification plan with $99.50 cheaper monthly payment!

## Caliber

Yes! Our Caliber client was $48,731.75 past due on his mortgage, but we helped him get a permanent loan modification with $55,131 deferment and $99.91 cheaper monthly payment!

22 months and $62,354.71 past due on his mortgage, our Caliber client now has a final in-house loan modification (his second) with $336.12 cheaper monthly payment and $138,827.50 interest free deferment!

## PHH

Our PHH client was an unbelievable 89 months and $329,666.15 + fees past due on her mortgage, but we helped her get a 3 month in-house loan modification plan with a fresh start!

## US Bank

Our US Bank client was $15,645.93 past due on his mortgage, but we helped him get a 3 month FHA trial loan modification plan with the chance for a permanent modification!
