## Bayview

## US Bank

Yes! [HAMP II trial loan modification](https://blog.amerihopealliance.com/blog/how-hamp-waterfalls-affect-your-loan-modification) with $823 in monthly savings approved for US Bank client who was 71 months and $161k past due on mortgage. 

## Seterus

## SunTrust
