US Bank

Wells Fargo

  • Our Wells Fargo client was $24,171 and 17 months past due, but now has a fresh start with a final FHA-HAMP loan modification with $20,348 partial claim and low 3.625% fixed interest rate for 30 years!

  • This Wells Fargo client was $21,533 past due on his mortgage, but now has a three month trial loan modification and an opportunity for a fresh start.

Our Shellpoint client was 5 years past due on his $2,612.29/month mortgage payment with and outrageously high10.55% interest rate, but now he has a trial loan modification with $676.22 cheaper payment and opportunity for a permanent solution! We expect the final modification to come in with a much more reasonable interest rate!
