Successful Loan Modification Roundup Week Of 11/18

Here are some of our results from this week with Carrington, Wells Fargo, Chase, Nationstar, Ocwen, Bank of America, Ditech, Caliber, one forbearance plan with MGC Mortgage, and one deed in lieu of foreclosure agreement: 

Wells Fargo

Our Wells Fargo client was $37,238 past due on mortgage following the death of her husband, but we helped her get an FHA HAMP trial loan modification with $158 cheaper payment!

More than a year behind on mortgage payments to Wells Fargo, our client is approved for a permanent loan modification with $340.25 cheaper monthly payment!

Ocwen

Massive payment drop, from $1,229.47 to $858.42, with trial loan modification for our Ocwen client (who was $32,690.65 past due) for $371 in monthly savings!

Carrington

In foreclosure with $18,379 past due balance, our Carrington client is now approved for a trial loan modification with $214.28 in monthly savings!

Chase

Our Chase client is approved for a three-month trial loan modification for their first and second home at the same time with $1,019.34 in total savings on their payments!

Bank of America

Our Bank of America client was $40,831.62 past due on their mortgage payments, but we got them a three month trial loan modification so they can keep their home.

Ditech

Our Ditech client was $60,441.49 past due on their mortgage. Now they have a three month trial loan modification with a lower payment!

MGC Mortgage

20 months and $37,153 past due on mortgage payments to MGC Mortgage, our client got a fresh start with a six month in house capitalization forbearance plan.

Caliber

Yes! 9 months and $14,592 past due on mortgage payments to Caliber, our client was approved for a permanent loan modification with $99 in monthly savings and a low fixed interest rate.

56 months and $93,245 past due with Caliber, our client got a deed in lieu of foreclosure agreement with $6,600 cash for keys and the deficiency forgiven!

SLS

Nearly 7 years, and $322,530.68, past due on mortgage payments to SLS our client has a trial loan modification with $784.39 in monthly savings.
