Every week we obtain loan modifications for our clients with a variety of loan servicers. Here are some of our results from this week with Rushmore, Citi, SLS, and Caliber: 

## Rushmore

Fresh start! Our Rushmore client has a 3 month in-house trial loan modification plan after falling 10 months and $22,532 behind on mortgage payments.

## Citi

Final in-house loan modification with $278.66 cheaper payment and 1.25% lower interest rate approved for our [Citibank](https://legal.amerihopealliance.com/citi-loan-modifications) client who was seven months and $8,848.63 past due!

## SLS

Our [Specialized Loan Servicing](https://legal.amerihopealliance.com/sls-loan-modifications) client is delighted to have a fresh start with a 3 month in-house trial loan modification plan after falling $24,811 and 25 months past due on mortgage.

## Caliber Home Loans

Caliber client was past due by 2 years and $98,781 with $3,896 payment, now she has a 3 month trial plan with $3,773 payments for $123.54 in savings!
