This Ocwen client was 4 months and $6,974 past due on mortgage payments, but now has a three month trial loan modification with $528.30 (30%) lower payment!
Our Selene client was $14,634.59 past due on mortgage, now she has a three month trial loan modification with 20% reduction in payment from $981 to $780.77. Yes!
