Your lender will ask for a "Financial Worksheet"
The Financial worksheet is an estimate of your monthly expenses to be submitted along with your loan modification package.
Filling out our financial worksheet is a great way to track what you're spending. It can also be sent to the bank along with your loan modification package if the bank asks for a list of your income and expenses.
Remember:
- We recommend that all loan modifications be reviewed by a lawyer before executing
- Receiving a loan modification without the help of an attorney is extremely difficult
- Make sure to send only a completed loan modification packet to your lender.
